These alterations coincide with the impending departures of Andria Vidler and Yariv Dafna from their board roles on September 30th and October 2nd, 2023, respectively. Dafna’s exit clears the path for Sean Wilkins to take on the mantle of Chief Financial Officer beginning in February 2024. Vidler is poised to assume the position of CEO at Allwyn UK.
