The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is on the verge of confirming Ben Cove as the incoming Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Mount Airy Casino Resort. As the first establishment in Pennsylvania to attain the esteemed AAA Four Diamond distinction, Mount Airy stands as a top-tier adult retreat nestled within the Pocono Mountains.

Ben possesses over 16 years of expertise within the gaming and hospitality sector, complemented by a robust academic foundation that encompasses a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University in Illinois and an MBA from the esteemed Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

His remarkable professional journey spans marketing, finance, and operations, having refined his capabilities at industry leaders such as Caesars Entertainment, Gold Strike Resorts, Carnival Corporation, sbe Entertainment Group, and most recently, Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in Mississippi.

In his upcoming capacity, Ben will hold a broad scope of responsibility, overseeing all aspects of the casino and resort’s operations. This encompasses gaming, guest relations, human capital, financial performance, and sales and marketing initiatives.
