A leading iGaming firm has named Clive Spiteri as its new financial head. Spiteri possesses extensive experience, having worked for over 15 years in the financial sector, most recently holding the position of Finance Director at Push Gaming.
Spiteri’s professional journey commenced in 2007 at Valletta Bank and encompasses significant roles at organizations such as HSBC, RS2 Software, and Novabank. His remarkable background highlights his proficiency in high-level financial positions. Prior to joining the iGaming company, Spiteri held the CFO role for both the Calamatta Cuschieri Group and Insignia Cards.
Spiteri conveyed eagerness to utilize the finance department’s capabilities to foster creativity and strategic expansion for the company.
Ulrik Schütt, the company’s second-in-command, warmly greeted Spiteri and stressed that his financial acumen and foresight will be crucial in the company’s ongoing growth and advancement within the online gaming sector.
This appointment comes on the heels of another notable addition to the company’s executive team, with Anna Komnena taking on the position of Chief Operations Officer earlier this year.
In late January, Komi assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer, and as February began, Klas Winberg came aboard as Chief Business Officer. Komi possesses extensive experience in the online gaming sector, having worked for over 15 years in a variety of firms. Winberg, too, is a familiar face in the wagering industry, boasting more than two decades in the sector with prominent entities such as Betfair, Catena, and Expekt to his credit.
