Flutter Entertainment has declared that Carolan Lennon, the chief executive of Salesforce Ireland, will be joining their governing body as a non-executive director. This is part of a board reshuffle.
Lennon will begin her new position in July, the same month she is departing her role as Salesforce’s leader in Ireland. She was previously the chief executive of Eir, a major telecommunications firm in Ireland.
Other changes include Holly Keller Koeppel being designated chair of Flutter’s audit committee and David Lazzarato being named chair of their risk and sustainability committee.
Keller Koeppel’s appointment follows Michael Cowley, a non-executive director of Flutter, announcing he would be stepping down in February. Lazzarato takes over from Zillah Byng-Thorne, who will continue to serve on the board.
Flutter Group chairman Gary McGann commented on Lennon’s appointment: “After an extended search, and as part of our ongoing board renewal, I’m pleased to welcome Carolan as a non-executive director. Carolan possesses extensive experience in regulated, customer-centric digital enterprises.”
